Acceptability criteria set by the IPC standard, applied per programme — not generic visual inspection.
Inspection
AOI + X-ray
Automated optical inspection on every board; X-ray for BGA, QFN and hidden-joint verification where required.
Test
Functional & burn-in
Programme-specific functional test fixtures and burn-in profiles designed alongside the board, not after.
Traceability
Batch-level records
Every unit is traceable to its batch, material lot and test record — auditable end-to-end.

Resspreneurs Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd incorporated — establishing CircuitSprint’s electronics and space-grade engineering footprint.
FY 2024
Service portfolio diversified; first university satellite collaborations signed; PCB and sensing capabilities formalized.
December 2024
Shri Shivananda Industries LLP incorporated — dedicated manufacturing and delivery entity for specialized production.
January 2025
CircuitSprint.in launched — integrated portal for components, fabrication services and engineering delivery.
March 2025
Qualified as an approved vendor to Medha Servo Drives Pvt Ltd and Medha Rail Pvt Ltd — Tier-1 suppliers of rail propulsion, braking and control electronics to Indian Railways, and a manufacturing partner on the Vande Bharat Express programme. This qualification placed CircuitSprint’s PCB, sensing and thermal capabilities inside one of the most demanding rail-electronics supply chains in the country.
