Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. However, please note the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Custom-ordered or configured items are not eligible for return
- Software products and licenses cannot be returned once activated
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your account and visit the order history section
2. Select the item you wish to return and fill out the return form
3. Print the return shipping label (if provided)
4. Package the item securely with all original materials
5. Drop off the package at the nearest authorized shipping location
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on product availability and the nature of the issue.
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging for inspection
- Do not attempt to repair or modify damaged items
- Report shipping damage to the courier upon delivery
